Minimum training standard for IMT effectiveness

Deb Parkin's PhD project is considering the contribution that the development of a minimum standard of training might have on the effectiveness of an Incident Management Team. She is also looking at the impact of volunteerism on Incident Management Team effectiveness.

Training areas to be investigated include technical tools application and non-technical human behaviour (team and leadership) skill development.
